Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

PRODUCTS

Each product has unique colourings due to the differing sources of timber. Whilst largely consistent with the images shown on the website, each product will have subtle timber variations and will be your very own hand crafted unique new addition to the household.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

TIMBER FURNITURE IN STORAGE​
By adhering to the following guidelines, your furniture will remain protected while in storage.

Climate Control: Timber furniture is sensitive to fluctuations in temperature and humidity. It is advised to store the furniture in an environment with controlled climate conditions. Avoid exposing the furniture to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or damp areas to prevent warping, cracking, or discoloration.

Avoiding Moisture: Timber absorbs moisture, and prolonged exposure can lead to damage. Ensure that the storage area is dry and well-ventilated. In damp conditions, using dehumidifiers or placing moisture-absorbing packets near the furniture is recommended.

Protective Covering: When storing timber furniture, cover it with breathable materials such as cotton or linen to shield it from dust. Avoid using plastic or non-breathable covers, as they can trap moisture and potentially harm the wood.

Elevate from the Floor: Place timber furniture on pallets or boards to elevate it from direct contact with the floor. This precaution helps prevent moisture absorption from the ground.

Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect stored timber furniture for any signs of damage or pests. Address any issues promptly to prevent them from escalating.

Avoiding Weight Stress: Avoid stacking heavy items on top of timber furniture during storage to prevent structural damage.

MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY
​
Delivery fees will differ and are generally calculated on the weight of the items, size of the items and distance required.

We always strive to deliver our standard items within 5 - 15 business days. If delivery exceeds this time frame we will do our best to contact you and advise progress updates. For unique and custom pieces, we generally advise a 10 - 20 business days for delivery.
​
We will coordinate delivery with you, including reaching out to determine a suitable day and time and then coordinate such with courier services we use, whom may also endeavor to contact out when they are on their way.
​
As the courier services we use only have one sole driver, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is available at delivery to help the driver remove large items from the truck. We will advise if this help is necessary.
​
Additionally, it is the customers responsibility to advise if delivery is required above the ground floor or in a difficult to reach position. In these instances, it will be the customers responsibility to maneuver the item into position after the driver has delivered the item.
​
If the customer is not home when delivery has been arranged, the courier will either leave the item in a safe space, or ultimately redeliver at a new time, which will likely result in a redelivery fee.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
